It is understood that all homeowners and renters of Chase's Ridge Homeowner's Association agree to abide by the Declarations of Restrictive Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, and By-Laws for the Association.
Any homeowner wishing to make changes to the exterior of their property agrees to submit an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Form to the Board and follow the regulations stipulated within. The HOA Board has 30 days to respond to an ACC Form submission.
For your protection in case of an emergency, the Contact Information Form may be utilized to update your emergency contact information.
